Our jumpform process is suited to several different specialty structures, including pedestals for water tanks in municipal environments. As bases for large volume concrete water tanks -- each tank holds approximately 2 million gallons -- these structures must be expertly built.
We have also utilized our jumpforms to construct shells for Flue Gas Desulphurizers (FGD). Our concrete shells are lined with a specialty plastic liner, which protects the concrete from the internal corrosive environment. We construct the structural concrete conical roofs and interior concrete beams for support of equipment inside the shells of the FGDs.
Our specialty structure experience extends to constructing truck dumps and exhaust chimneys. We can construct truck dumps using either jumpform or traditional fixed form methods. Straight walled chimneys may be jumpformed or slipformed.

This truck dump was constructed in an excavated area, and later backfilled. Trucks would then drive across the unit's "roof".
